My Approach
My business is about in-depth personal development through the lens of resilience building, with a specialism in supporting people working in challenging environments. It draws on my unique journey as a senior leader working in the police and as a senior executive grade diplomat operating in conflict zones. And also of my personal lived-experience recovering from abuse, trauma and burnout. My approach centres around excellence, authenticity, integrity, evidence, down-to-earthness, calm, and good humour. It is not: directive (it guides and navigates); or “woo woo” (it is evidence and science based). It delivers coaching, mentoring and high quality learning through a number of channels
